Roots of Gippsland is an intimate dinner collaboration between Farmer’s Daughters Restaurant and Yellow Sydney, celebrating Gippsland as the vegetable bowl of Victoria.

For one day only, Chef Alejandro Saravia and the Farmer’s Daughters team welcome Chef Sander Nooij from Yellow for a contemporary plant-based menu that shines a light on Gippsland’s vegetable farmers, growers and seasonal abundance.

Drawing on Farmer’s Daughters’ deep connection to Gippsland and Yellow’s refined plant-based philosophy, the menu places vegetables at the centre of the table — celebrating soil, season, provenance and the people behind the produce.
