For one day only, Chef Alejandro Saravia and the Farmer’s Daughters team welcome Chef Sander Nooij from Yellow for a contemporary plant-based menu that shines a light on Gippsland’s vegetable farmers, growers and seasonal abundance.
Drawing on Farmer’s Daughters’ deep connection to Gippsland and Yellow’s refined plant-based philosophy, the menu places vegetables at the centre of the table — celebrating soil, season, provenance and the people behind the produce.
