• Farmer's Daughters has three distinct dining areas:

    • Deli Bistro (Ground Floor): A slightly more relaxed dining experience, our Deli accommodates up to 10 guests. Groups smaller than 8 can choose between an a la carte menu or one of our Chef’s Selection menus. Groups of 8 or more must opt for one of our Chef’s Selection menus. The Deli is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. Bookings open 90 days in advance.

    • Restaurant (Hatted Dining, Level 1): Our hatted Restaurant is a more formal dining experinece, and can accommodate up to 8 guests. We offer a set menu with two or three-course options at lunch, and a Degustation menu only at dinner. Open 7 days a week for dinner and Monday to Friday for lunch. Bookings open 90 days in advance.

    • Rooftop (Level 2): Accommodates groups up to 20, with bookings opening 30 days in advance. Shares the same menu as the Deli. Open for lunch (Thursday-Saturday) and dinner (7 days a week). Availability is subject to private events. Bookings open just 30 days in advance.

  • We do not have high chairs or a dedicated children’s menu at any part of the venue. The Deli and Rooftop are the most family-friendly areas, with some a la carte options suitable for children. The Restaurant level is not suitable for children, as all guests are required to dine on the Degustation menu.

    Please note, we do not have high chairs, and their is limited space for prams. Please make a note on your booking if you require space for a stroller.

  • Yes, we can adjust our menu to accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions, including:

    • Gluten-free

    • Dairy-free

    • Vegetarian

    • Vegan

    • Pescatarian

    • No nuts

    • No onion/garlic/allium

    • Egg-free

    • No shellfish, crustaceans, or seafood

    • Halal

    All meat is sourced from certified halal producers, and we can accommodate halal dietary restrictions

  • Farmer’s Daughters is located at 95 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, within the 80 Collins Street Precinct.

  • For groups of 10 or less, reservations can be made online via our bookings page. For larger groups, please contact us by email at info@farmersdaughters.com.au to check availability for our Rooftop.

    Bookings open 90 days in advance for the Deli and the Restaurant, and 30 days in advance for the Rooftop.

    Card details are required to secure a reservation, but no deposit is taken at the time of booking. Cancellation fees apply:

    • Standard bookings in the Deli, Restaurant lunch, and Rooftop: $50 per person if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation time.

    • Restaurant dinner: $140 per person if cancelled within 24 hours.

    If you do not wish to provide card details, you are welcome to walk in, but we cannot guarantee a table without a reservation.

  • Yes, we can accommodate:

    • Deli: Groups up to 10 (groups of 8 or more are required to dine on a set menu)

    • Restaurant: Groups up to 8 (all guests are required to dine on a set menu)

    • Rooftop: Groups up to 20 for dining (bookings open 30 days in advance) and up to 8 for just drinks and snacks.

    For larger groups, our Rooftop can be hired exclusively for seated (up to 48 guests) or cocktail (up to 70 guests) events. Contact our Events team for more details.

  • Our Rooftop is fully covered and equipped with heaters and blinds for a comfortable dining experience.
    We have a louvered roof that opens and closes pending weather conditions.

    While the blinds offer some protection from the elements, we are unfortunately not protected from severe wind.

    Please note that there is not always an option for indoor dining in the event of extreme weather.
