For two nights only, Farmer’s Daughters Wine House and Salona come together for A Seasonal Table — a collaborative dinner built around generosity, conversation, wine and the pleasure of dishes passed across the table.

Inspired by traditional Greek hospitality and the rich produce of Gippsland, the evening celebrates two dining philosophies that naturally belong together: food made for sharing, wine poured with care, and a table that feels full from the moment guests arrive.

Salona brings the spirit of modern Athens — smoky, spiced, pickled, creamy and bright. Farmer’s Daughters Wine House brings Gippsland’s wild coastlines, rolling hills, thoughtful producers and deep Victorian cellar. Together, the menu becomes a seasonal conversation between place and memory: Gippsland vegetables and herbs, local seafood with Mediterranean flavour, charcoal-cooked meats, mouthwatering desserts, and Victorian wines chosen to lift every plate.
