Farmer’s Daughters - Wine House’s Seasonal Table is a collaborative kitchen takeover series celebrating Melbourne’s multicultural food scene and the versatility of Gippsland and Victorian wines.

Each edition invites a guest chef or restaurant to take over the Wine House kitchen for two nights only, creating a shared-style menu that reflects their own culinary identity, with optional upgrades to add a signature or premium moment to the experience.

In October, we welcome Chris Kim of Ibushi Sydney, a Robata restaurant centred around cooking over fire. We also invite Hiroshi Manaka of FIVE, an ingredient led restaurant guided by the Japanese wabi-sabi ethos. Both Chefs represent the culinary world of Prefecture 48, Australia's premiere Japanese dining precinct.
