As noted by Food Days of the Year, the 13th to 19th of September is Negroni Week. In honour of one of the best cocktails in the world, and to get you through this lockdown, here’s our Farmers Daughters Negroni recipe.

Farmer’s Daughters Negroni

30 ml Gin - Loch Gin from Gippsland
30 ml Maidenii Sweet Vermouth
15 ml Økar by Applewood
15 ml Poor Tom’s imbriglio

Stirred over ice
Strained into a tumbler over a large rock
Orange coin garnish
