We are celebrating Australian Botanics as part of the Melbourne Cocktail Festival - and for the Bar Safari our Bar team have created a very Australian take on the Bloody Mary.

Our Bushtucker Mary is a delicious infusion of our own Farmer’s Daughters Gippsland Vermouth with spiced seasonal tomato water, saltbush, mountain pepperberry leaf and bush tomato.

The Bushtucker Mary is available to Bar Safari ticket holders at $15. (Regular price $18)
